WE ARE THE VDC: A VIDEO BRANDING CAMPAIGN

My company, X-Factor Filmmakers, was accepted into a leading startup incubator in Boston called the Venture Development Center of UMass Boston. They wanted a new branding campaign so I directed and produced a commercial and series of supplemental informational videos.
DON'T WAIT FOR HIM: A SIDE SADDLE MUSIC VIDEO
My friend and awesome pop/folk musician Ian McGuinness goes by the moniker Side Saddle. Ian and I met in 2010 while both living in Los Angeles. In 2013 I spent three months in New York City where Ian currently lives and he asked me to direct his debut solo music video for his song "Don't Wait for Him"!
"Don't Wait for Him" is off Side Saddle's Postcard EP – which launched March 25th, 2014. Previously, Ian was the lead singer of the equally great band This Old Ghost.
THE UNPLANNED LESSON: A SHORT FILM
Accepted to the LA FEMME Film Festival, The Unplanned Lesson was inspired by a short film contest about the importance of sharing information. I made this short in 2009 when the credibility of Wikipedia was still a hot topic. This was my take on the issue from the point of view of awesome kids in a dictatorial classroom.
